StephanieStephanie Sigman is a Mexican American actress. Her breakout role was in Miss Bala (2011), an Mexican crime-drama film. She has gone on to be seen in Pioneer (2013), Spectre (2015), Going Under (2016) as well as Annabelle: Creation (2017). Sigman made an appearance in Narcos (2015) as in S.W.A.T.(2017) in the second and first seasons, respectively. Sigman was the daughter of an Mexican mother and an American father, Lee Sigman (a New York Yankees Scout from Kansas), who were both born in Ciudad Obregon. Through her father, she is legally a U.S. citizen. Her brother was a professional baseball player Kenneth Ray Sigman, was previously engaged to actress Barbara Mori Sigman began her career in the field of Mexican TV before making her film debut in Rio de Oro. She played the lead role in Laura Guerrero (Miss Bala), a Mexican crime-drama. The film was selected for consideration as the Mexican entry in the Best Foreign Language Film at the 84th Academy Awards. However, it was not included on the final shortlist.
